Zydeco Dance Steps / Hip or Shoulder Push:

Lead: This motion is done on the 3rd count as your partner naturally moves her weight forward to her left foot and you step onto your right foot you reach out and put your right hand on her hip, as she transfers her weight to her to her right and you move your weight to your left foot for the 4th count you push off her hip to push yourself and her back to your weight on your left foot for the 4th count.

Follow: As your partner pushes his right hand on your hip as you step forward, you can take your left hand and konk him on the head ;)... ok maybe just put your hand on his shoulder and push off a bit as you step back to your right foot for the 4th count.
